As you can see the answer raises more questions, which we may never discover the reasons for. The long, winding web of Stanley Morse and his line of comics is interesting in itself, and I thank Blake for sharing the information.

Hi Kid,
The lettering does look a little off, although it appears to be by Ben Oda, but your guess is as good as mine. Maybe they were unsure of the name they wanted to use. It could have been Gold Kid, Copper Kid, Cobalt Kid (although, in all modesty, those all sound better than UTAH Kid!)
